Director of External Affairs
Eddie joins us from Catalyst where he was the Group Director of Communications and Engagement. He brings a wealth of experience in communications, customer experience, brand, HR and consultancy from both the private and public sectors.
He will lead on Communications and Insights and has great ideas for how we can develop and strengthen our brand, communications and customer engagement.
