bpha Corporate Strategy 2024-2029

We are pleased to launch bpha’s new Corporate Strategy, which sets out our vision and commitments for the next five years. Despite the challenges of the last five years, bpha has continued to demonstrate that it is a secure, long-term business providing homes for customers across the area between Oxford and Cambridge.

The new Strategy enables us to build on this, continuing to make a positive difference for local people while ensuring the resilience and flexibility to overcome future challenges.

Our updated vision of ‘Quality Homes. Connected Communities’ is supported by four strategic commitments:
