Director of Property Services and Compliance
Paul joined bpha in 2016 as Head of Property Services and has over 30 years in sector property management experience.
Prior to joining bpha, Paul was Head of Technical Services at Aldwyck Housing Group, a position he held since 2010. At bhpa, he now leads the Property Services Directorate, which encompasses repairs and maintenance, asset compliance, tenant service, regeneration, leasehold and partnership management.
